I suspect that's the same PDA you are given when you enter the attraction.  You move about using the PDA to interact with the exhibit.  Doesn't quite have the panache of the Lupin Detector from Nostradamus, but what can you do.

Thanks. ^^ Well, I guess if Goemon can have a cell phone, then Zenigata can have a PDA. oO; I agree, the Lupin Detector had more style. Same for the Lupin Catcher in Dragon of Doom. ^^
