Hi Filmmaker
And finally, the BIG ONE, my copy of the Original, 1978 Yuji Ohno Soundtrack for the Red Jacket series

Nice collection :)
If you go for YO's original vinyl OST, you may want to get those with OBI.
Used to be my fav items when I was about 9 or 10 years old.
I think such an avid collector like you obviously know there's a box colled Lupin the Remaster with a booklet of all the inner sleeves of 6 OSTs incl. YO/Yasuo Yamada LPs, and now papersleeve CDs are available ;)

Keep up with your collection and look forward to seeing them!

Fujiko and Jigen mobile phone cards, I think.

Yes, they are new variations for mobile phone game called "Lupin the Third Card Battle"; unfortunately, only available in Japan I suppose...  :-\

Sorry for multiple posts:

Just found a Japanese local-devoted book called "Hokkaido" (you all obviously know that's where Monkey Punch came from) was issued on 24 May 2012.
It includes an essay by Monkey Punch on his hometown.
Ordered my copy but haven't read it yet.

I just received this thing from Japan, which I bought in an eBay auction last week (the pics are from the auction, not my own):

(click to show/hide)

It's basically just a sheet protector, but it's very glossy and high quality, so I can frame one of the sides at a time for display.

The odd thing is, there's fine print at the very bottom of one side which says, in English, NOT FOR SALE. So I'm assuming this came from some set or something, though I have no idea how to find out.

Fujiko pics for your Android. Japan-only, 'natch.

Edit: Oh, and via ANN's X Button, a flier for a 1980 Lupin arcade game.

Damn it, I had a feeling they would make actual posters for the new series.

I hope there's still some floating around when I have money this coming school year.

Very nice! I wasn't the biggest fan of the new series but I'd love that top poster.

I seen this popped up on eBay recently: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lupin-Third-3rd-Pioneer-Geneon-15-DVD-Set-volumes-1-14-1-movie-/200787419916?_trksid=p5197.m1998&_trkparms=aid%3D222002%26algo%3DSIC.FIT%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D17%26meid%3D402085476608809497%26pid%3D100017%26prg%3D1006%26rk%3D2%26#ht_762wt_1396

at a currend bid of $62 that is extremely low price for those DVDs considering a couple of them you can't even get at online retailers anymore.

Just thought I'd post this here in case some people still need some of the Series 2 DVDs or Mamo.  :)

Just for everyone's info, that only includes up through Volume 14 and "Mamo." Volume 15 is the super-valuable-rare one of the lot, as I recall.

Edit: Apparently Vol. 11's pretty desirable, too. More valuable than 15, even. Same goes with Volume 5, of all things. What a weird breakdown of rarity!

I know what you mean. I once had trouble finding Volume 6 of the Mushishi Manga. Rarity always breaks down in a strange way. I wound up having to purchase it from some random UK retailer website.

It's a clear file!  It actually came free with the 6/2012 issue of "GetNavi!" as they were running a little feature on the new series. (Amazon.co.jp/CDJAPAN)  I ordered mine via SAL to save so I'm still awaiting my copy.  I'll try to take some pics of the article too.

Also!  Before I forget.. the 6/2012 issue of "Pen" magazine is still available.  This has a huge feature on Lupin/Fujiko with lots of articles, creative bios and a nifty updated "Lupin Family/Universe Tree" that folds out (and includes Oscar!)  The "GetNavi" special literally went out of print overnight... you can still get "Pen" here: Amazon/CDJapan  I noticed CDJapan appears to have 4 in stock at this time.

Has anyone purchased the English release of the Lupin III board game? I really want it but the cost is exponential. >.<

Oh yes, so it is! Derp. What a very odd (but very cool) piece of merch. I'd love to see magazine when you get hold of it too!

I'd still love the top image as a poster though! :)
