Well, what do you know? They DO pronounce it as "Lu-pahn" in French! That's some nice trivia since I never knew that it also was a name for a plant. They're pretty.^^ And I heard of Monty Python due to the Nostalgia Critic, but after watching that clip I find it actually funny. XD

Fujiko fan sketch.

Hey! That's my video! :D I posted a thread for it under the "Fan Stuff" section not too long ago.

I still don't get why I can hear this song in the L.A. broadcast of Shin Lupin, but not on the R1 Mamo DVD.  ??? Apparently, the commenters on that link say it's not Yasuo Yamada singing.  :( Livin' La Vida Lupin. NSFW Fujiko clips interimposed w/ Green Jacket ED. Man, it's like they saw Cliff-hanger and decided to make it into a pachinko game. Lupin the intermposed C.H.I.P.S.-esque soundtrack;D Lupin the canned coffee porn. Lupin the FEVER! Dale uploaded one of two parts of an MP SDCC 2001 panel. He also linked Jan Scott Frasier talking about doing translation work for MP.

Nope. Now that i hear it, it's definitely not him singing (i used to think it was, though). The video description says it's sung by Haruo Minami. Wikipedia says he was a popular enka singer in post-war Japan before he died of prostate cancer about a decade ago.

The spouse of the late animator, Satoshi Kon, has been uploading his yearly viewing lists, and Cagliostro made the 2001 one:'( It's actually kind of ironic, 'cus I remember him saying he didn't like Miyazaki because of his happy and convenient endings.

There's apparently going to be a Lupin The 3rd board game, set to be published around September/October this year by Italian game distributor Ghenos Games and will include rules not only in Italian, but in full English as well.

Digital artist Erebus74 (Giorgio De Michele) contributed to some of the game's artwork and has posted a few pictures of it on his Deviantart page.
