The games are pretty short, though i do admit they were fun to play while they lasted.

Here are a few hints for when you play either one:
For the Zenigata whack-a-mole, you're supposed to get 15 points total to win. You lose points for whacking the commissioner (the guy with the mustache).
The Jigen shooting game requires pretty quick reflexes, as you're supposed to shoot the Jigen double (and nobody else) before he shoots you.

After you win, you are awarded with downloadable avatars of the main cast. The whack-a-mole game has them in 1st series style, the shooting game has them in 2nd series style.

The usage example given in definition #3 made me chuckle. And looking at the date of definition #5, the negativity isn't too surprising, as that was a typical reaction to the show at the time, by [adult swim] viewers.

Actually it's for Lotteria, a fast-food chain limited to Japan, South Korea, China, Taiwan and Vietnam. But your guess is close enough.

I've been listening to that Eurobeat version for a long time. It's probably the coolest and most energetic rendition of the theme outside of the '94 or '96 official version of the theme. It also gives us an opportunity to listen to an English translation of the theme from the 2nd season of the Red Jacket series.
