Too bad it was very amatuerish, though. xD It was on my original account as the very first video I ever made on there, but got deleted a year afterwards in 2008. So I re-uploaded it on a different account (hence the name, 'Fujikogirl23' under the video description)

I remember in the manga reading the story where Lupin and Zenigata were at university together. I can't imagine that Zenigata is really "3 years older than Lupin", I always thought that university plot was a one-off story arc.

For some reason I like the idea that Lupin has (at least part of) a college degree, though!

You can pretty much say this about any material in Lupin. There is very little consistency between not only the different projects, but even chapter to chapter in Monkey Punch's own Manga.

Following some sources, Monkey Punch might have said Lupin III attended Todai (the japanese equivalent of Boston).

And Gozar: You're totally right ! Even the introduction of Jigen and his relationship with Lupin is told numerous times, each time different.

This is barely related, but looks like someone's trying to get that damned birthday song shifted into public domain. As people who saw the Geneon release of the red jacket Lupin remember, they shortened that song in one of the episodes. Thanks to @fschodt for the info.
