Everyone knows Lupin's famous scene where he's running as a yellow spotlight is flashing on him. So as I was watching anime, or looking for anime to watch I found that scene referenced three times:
1) Outlaw Star - in the opening the main character nearly follows this scene to a tee, except that the enemy's rain of bullets come from behind him instead of from the left of him.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R0N3L-pcGdc (the scene starts at 0:40)
2) Red Line - A really good racing movie with animation that's similar to Mine Fujiko to iu Onna (because one of the creators from Red Line also would be in the Mine Fujiko team.) Anyhoo, during the movie, newscasters interview the Mad Brothers (Lynchman and Johnny Boy), during the interview they play a "trailer" for their made-up movie. And in the trailer we see a direct homage to the scene.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PSYML5w5bgQ (the scene starts at 0:07)
3) Mouse - As I was looking for another heist/thief anime I came upon Mouse... good Lord it's terrible, the plethora of distasteful fanservice makes me want to beat the creators with a bat wrapped with barb wire, but that's besides the point, in the opening we see a scene that has the camera angle and that silly run of the Lupin scene, but they discard the yellow light and wall. And after that we see Mouse being chased be police in a yellow car that looks a bit like Lupin's Mercedes SSK. But sadly the opening doesn't show much of the car.

I was impressed when I noticed that reference in "Redline." I'm so excited every time I see a subtle Lupin reference like that.

Actually, what I'd really like to see, is somebody take all known Lupin and Other Anime uses of that "spot light running shot," and blend/morph them into each other. Because I tried to do that once, but I only did it with the ones from Lupin material. I didn't realize multiple other animes did it as well.

Now that would be mind-blowing! Sadly, I do not have the skill to do as such. >.>

The premise for this Will Smith movie sounds like a certain green jacket Lupin episode.

It's pretty easy. You could do this even with AviSynth scripting only. All you need is all the spot light running scenes.

In a translated interview that I believed was from a book, Gosho Aoyama reveals that Yukiko and Vermouth were somewhat based on Fujiko. I left the text in spoiler brackets incase you don't know who those characters are and do not want to be spoiled!

New reason I believe Wes Anderson has seen Cagliostro. Both it, and his new movie have a butler named Gustav.  ;)

Gustav is the head guard in Cagliostro. Jodo is the butler. To quote Mr. Cube, "You better check yo self before you wreck yo self".

sprak: So he just merged 'em together, then, I guess.  ;) Anyway, I should probably link my prior entry noting the similarities between Cagliostro and Moonrise Kingdom.

I don't know who here has ever played Castlevania games, but there are an insane amount of references to Castle of Cagliostro in it. Almost all of the references are related to the appearance of the castles in the games. But in one of them (Symphony of the Night), if I remember correctly, in a certain part of the game to progress you need to obtain a gold and silver ring and go to a large clock (that is ornamented with a goat), and when the minute and hour hand become one, you are able to progress.
And since I love both Castlevania and Lupin I am just blown away by their homages to Lupin! Anyhoo, to see some images and other stuff about it click the links:

In Steins;Gate, episode 10, the main character is explaining some "Future Gadgets" he had created and one of them is called the "Once Again I've Connected Something Useless Again, by Goemon" which he says in a very somber Goemon-esque voice. The Gadget is a hair-dryer that uses the waste heat from a vacuum...

If you loved the airplane porn in Albatross, Wings of Death, you will go crazy for the stuff Miyazaki designed for The Wind Rises.

Edit: Oh, and the Talespin guys copped to being fans of Cagiostro and Miyazaki in general.  8)

Edit 2: Kermit the Third::)

Edit 3: Looks like the Bebop/Space Dandy guy name-dropped Lupin again, this time in The Atlantic.

Edit 4: An alien version of Zenigata appears to be in the background of 2:24 of this episode of Space Dandy.  ;)
