Technically, it's just background music from the second series, but you can hear it in Daicon 3.

Near the end you can also hear the "ski chase" music from the James Bond film "For Your Eyes Only".

Both those bits of Lupin music are from the same track, entitled "Walking in a Prim".  The part when the lizard appears is actually "Walking in a Prim - Second Part", while the bit when the robot pops up is "Walking in a Prim - First Part".  Both are on the "Lupin the Third Music File 1979" CD and should be on the upcoming re-release of the "Lupin the Third BGM Collection" CD.  I think this track also appears on the Lupin soundtrack Pioneer released when the show first started over here.

Also, "Walking in a Prim" was a re-orchestrated and re-recorded version of a piece of music from the "Lupin the Third Music File 1977" called "Day by Day (M8BT2)".

Once again, that's your Useless Lupin Music Fact for the day.
