FYI, in case you have other stuff to be autographed, she's also the director of the recent hit sports show, Yuri on Ice and the cult caper classic Michiko and Hatchin.

Note that this is for Yuri!! on Ice, but maybe you can send in Lupin/Fujiko stuff, too. Anyway, ANN just updated (http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/interest/2017-07-01/funimation-holds-yuri-on-ice-postcard-rally-for-creators-at-animefest/.118287) and noted that fans unable to attend AnimeFest can send postcards for Yuri, the details of which you can find at the link.

Anyway, to be back on topic, Fujiko/Bebop screenwriter Dai Sato (http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2017-01-31/animefest-to-host-ghost-in-the-shell-sac-scriptwriter-dai-sato/.111679) will also be attending.
