The NTV Kinro page for the 2005 special has arrived.
The title roughly translates to Angel's Tactics ~The Fragments of Dream are the Scent of Murder~. The plot revolves around a mysterious piece of metal in Area 51 that even Goemon's Zantetsuken cannot cut. Lupin also must face a four woman terrorist group called the "Bloody Angels" and Zenigata teaming up with a female officer.
The special will air on 22 July at 9:03PM. More details will be posted as they become available.
