Thanks babe! I tried to make it feel like the new series considering how dark it is. Also, the color reminds me of raspberry sherbet. ^^

I love the androgynous design of this character (if you know my gallery well enough you know I'm a sucker for androgynous characters), he's really a treat to draw. I hope we learn more about him in the upcoming episodes!

I've been away from my sketchbooks a lot these past few weeks.  However I just got a tablet phone, so I've been using that to draw. 
Here I tried mixing the new series' style with my own.

Excellent take on the new design. With their big heads, they loook a bit chibi. 
Really good. 

I jsut realised their heads turned out big because of the angle I took the pic at. I was using my droid to do this, so maybe I'll get around to taking another one the way its meant to be seen. I was wondering why their heads were so big.

The third Jigen was my favorite out of all of them There's a manga-esque feel to your work but at the same time a little bit of your own style in there too.

Thanks so much! Here's another work I just finished yesterday.


Completed in Prismacolor pencils on black construction paper on 12"x18" format.

For anyone who hasn't worked colored pencils on black paper before it's very different. I had fun experimenting with reds, yellows, oranges, blues and greens for the flesh tone which was rather tricky.
I actually took the photo of this inside because its been raining every day and it's too wet and windy to take photos outside. I love working in large formats and unfortunately, I don't have a scanner large enough to accommodate the pictures I make. Until then, this is the best I can do.
