Cagliostro - Art Deco style
« on: April 08, 2012, 02:17:28 am »
I'm sure there isn't a currently running topic that I could've slipped this into, so I'll just start a new one.

Has anyone stumbled upon this yet, because this is really freaking Awesome! Apparently this is an artist who creates "art deco" styled images of familiar pop-culture video games and movies. But apparently he likes "The Castle of Cagliostro" so he created this little beauty.

It's a tad pricey in larger sizes to be sure, but I'm so much of a fan that sometime this year, you can bet your ass this'll be on my dorm room wall.

Actually I have seen this. I thought it was some kind of alternate movie poster for the series that I'd never seen before. This is really fantastic, I wouldn't mind it as a cover art for a future Cagliostro release, lol.

I totaly see where he found the lupin silhouette.

Overall, it's indeed very good, well balanced in terms of composition
and color scheme. Wich we could see more lupin III posters like these.  ;D
Time to play the game, time to get a chance !

Very nice. I'd also love to see more minimalistic art deco style posters.
