Fujiko almost made it through the episode without being nude. Almost.

Just like I predicted, Goemon's sword stripped her down. Though he didn't turn away, at least not at first.

SAMURAI FRIENDO.

Goemon´s sword cut off her clothes but not her gun  ;D

Quote
SAMURAI FRIENDO.

This should have been the title of the episode.  :)

You can see the details in the first post of the Episode 1 discussion thread. Basically, KeyHoleTV is an official way to watch Japanese TV live for free via streaming, but the quality of the stream blows mega chunks.

I don't know what thinking again about this ep., like the first one, it's probably because I haven't understand nothing.

The three children were annoying... They get me on my nerves in about 30 seconds.

So... I'm waiting for the subs before judging definitely.

Fujiko nude AGAIN. Hum...

Just when everyone was saved at the end I was thinking.
"This can't be the end?" That whole train scene felt like 2 min.

The episodes are too fast.
Yeah the kids were a bit annoying. The episode was totally like "what?" and I thought that Samurai painting at the beginning would relate to Goemon somehow in the episode.... O_o

I can't believe Goemon fell for Fujiko...
"I now have a real girlfriend?"

I'm glad Jigen didn't though :)

I thought the kids were cute, personally. They remind me of me when I was a kid. =P
I need to wait for the subs tomorrow before I know exactly what's going on, but they just seemed to me like really enthusiastic kids who are REALLY into samurai.
And then they see Goemon and they're like  O.O

And I liked that little theme-song-sounding thing they were singing.
It sounds like something I would've done when I was a kid. XD
Just run around badly belting the theme songs of my favorite shows. ;D

And Goemon was his typical adorable self in this episode, only he was also much more badass. XD
Which I enjoyed very much. :3

Goemon was being the usual Goemon, even saying "I cut worthless objects" several times.
The only difference from Goemon in other series is that he fell for Fujiko, unlike the previous portrayals
showed both Jigen and Goemon distrusting Fujiko.
I actually liked his portrayal. Here's a difference from Jigen and Goemon.
I didn't find the kids that annoying, as I've seen worse.
Goemon's bullet cutting moves looked cooler than usual.

Anyways, now that Fujiko met all the gang, I can't wait to see "first contact" episode,
except for Fujiko, of course, and she still has not properly met Zenigata yet.

Holding off on my thoughts until I see the FUNimation subs (also, because I missed part of the episode due to my brother needing help hooking up the N64 so he could play some Mario Party).

You may wanna watch his debut appearance in Green Jacket.

Watching it now! Can I just say that I'm really loving the background art in this series so far!

And, anybody up for a trip to Poris, Astria or one of the other locations they've decided to rename? :P

edit; took a break halfway but I'm doone.

I can't believe Goemon fell for Fujiko...
"I now have a real girlfriend?"
I laughed at that bit. Poor Goemon. Couldn't remember if he was calling himself or Fujiko pitiful after the little interaction in the sunset - either way the poor guy is such a cutie-pie of a sucker. Also laughed when he had to cut his way through the tunnel - and then afterwards when he remembered to cut a hole for himself to fall back into the train before it went into another one xD.

It's nice to see a compassionate/not so jaded Fujiko every now and again. It was touching when she told the little boy to grow up to be a nice man before she left  :'(.
