Amnesiac Zeni was so cute...almost pitiful, in fact. Glad he was back to his old self in the end
It shows where he would be without Interpol. : )
True, I mean...he's doing fairly well considering he's been running around when Lupin and Jigen see him. So I'm guessing he used his mad thieving skillz to steal stuff (like that towel he had around his shoulders and food).
Last special I watched was Alcatraz Connection and Episode 0: First Contact.
The JFK real assassination thing was random but I loved the Secret 7 group all being descendents of mob bosses. And Goemon got tricked by a woman...again. Poor guy. Also I had a question on Zenigata's "partner" in this one. Is he based on a character from the later manga of Lupin? Because he just reminds me of someone I've heard about from one of the manga series.
On E0: FC...damn, I had forgotten just how good this movie was.
Jigen: You know from this position I can still easily put a hole in your chest right?
Lupin: Heh, same here.
I just love the fact that we see the gang BEFORE they're "the gang." We see Lupin and Jigen with the almost animosity between each other...it's (IMO) very cool to see that. And I do like how at the end of the film we believe it's all been a fake and then what do they do? Go steal from the National Federal Reserve and retrieve the green pipe thing, confirming that at least a good part of the movie was in fact true.
Though I was trying to figure out how this random reporter woman ended up finding where Lupin (and Jigen who is actually Lupin) were anyway and getting in contact with them. I mean, I know Lupin has that soft spot for the ladies, but to have a reporter actually record everything? Though he did destroy her recorder...so I guess that was taken out of the picture.
Anyway, Alcatraz Connection and Episode 0: First Contact were the last ones I watched and they were both great.
